Molly Olsen

Molly Olsen is a licensed attorney with more than 10 years of experience overseeing development and implementation of impactful social programs. In her current role, she manages the mental health and supportive housing programs and the property management department. In 2024, Molly spearheaded New Destiny’s critical transition away from a third-party property management vendor to providing this service internally for our portfolio of buildings. Before that, Molly was the Regional Director for New Destiny’s supportive housing buildings in Brooklyn and Queens, where she oversaw social services and played a leading role in property management problem-solving. Molly has an extensive track record of interfacing with government regulators, social service agencies, and grant administrators; establishing strategic partnerships; and securing funding to sustain and expand critical programs. Molly has a B.A. from Binghamton University, and a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.
