Highgarden Tower

Highgarden Tower is New Destiny’s first project outside of New York City. Located in New Rochelle, Westchester, the project, a joint venture with Georgica Green Ventures, will be a 21-story affordable housing development with 219 affordable rental units, with 77 units reserved for homeless families headed by domestic violence survivors. The building will include two community lounges, gym, children’s playroom, outdoor community deck and playground, parking garage, and offices for our Family Support Program staff. Construction completion is projected to be 2023.

Lily House

A renovation of an existing structure, Lily House will have 30 units for homeless families coming directly from domestic violence shelters. Lily House will include a large community room for tenant meetings and activities and children’s activities, private offices and a small conference room for Family Support Program staff, and laundry rooms. The rear yard will have a playground for young children and passive seating areas for adults and children. Construction completion is projected to be Fall 2023.
