New Destiny Housing is an Official Charity Partner for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon — Run with us!
We are proud to announce that New Destiny has been once again selected as an official charity partner for the TCS New York City Marathon. This is one of the world’s most iconic races, and we’re looking for runners who are ready to go the distance — for themselves, and for survivors of domestic violence who deserve a safe home to rebuild their lives.
Run 26.2 Miles for a Cause That Matters
For survivors of domestic violence, a safe home is the foundation from which they heal and reclaim their futures. When you run for New Destiny, you help make that possible. There is no better way to challenge yourself while creating real, lasting change.
What You’ll Get as a New Destiny Runner:
- A coveted slot in the 2026 TCS NYC Marathon
- Ongoing fundraising assistance and tips from New Destiny staff, along with a personalized fundraising page
- An official New Destiny running jersey
- Access to virtual, individual and group training opportunities
What We Ask of You:
- Commit to raise $3,500 by November 8, 2026, in support of survivors
- Sign a fundraising agreement that acknowledges the fundraising requirement and deadline. Note that runners are required to cover their race registration fee
- Notify friends and family of your participation in the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon through email, social media, and conversations
- Have the experience of a lifetime!

Applications are due by Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Runners will be selected based on demonstrated interest in New Destiny’s mission and ability to meet the fundraising minimum and requirements of the marathon.

Be sure to include in the body of the email that you are already registered for the marathon. We have a limited number of bibs, but we’d love to have more runners join the New Destiny Team.
