Blake is the Regional Director for Family Support Program in Brooklyn and Queens, providing onsite supportive services to tenants. He has worked in the domestic violence field for over 10 years, initially in Boston before moving to New York. Prior to New Destiny, Blake was the Director of Safe Horizon’s Community Program Helpline, which includes a phone program, a lock-changing program, and webchat for survivors of violent crime, including domestic violence. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma-focused psychotherapy with survivors of interpersonal violence and members of the LGBTQ community, as well as training.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys warm weather, plant-based cooking, yoga, and occasional biking. He holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
