Ben Israel is a Managing Director in the real estate group at Apollo, with a focus on business strategy, execution, and capital markets for Apollo’s global real estate platform. In his role, Ben is involved with developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions and organic business expansion, as well as executing transactions in the public and private capital markets across both credit and equity investments. He currently serves on the board of directors of Petros PACE Finance, an Apollo portfolio company. Prior to joining Apollo in 2012, Ben was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance.
