Ellie is an assistant intelligence analyst for the partner recruiting team at Latham & Watkins, where she uses strategic research to ensure the best possible outcomes for both the firm and its clients. In her spare time, she serves as an editor for House House Magazine, a publication dedicated to reviving long-form cultural criticism rooted in ideals of care.

With a background in the academic humanities, Ellie feels passionately about the interrogation of social ethics. She believes it is essential to ground personally held values of justice in concrete actions. It was these principles that led Ellie to work with organizations like the Phillips Brooks House Association in Cambridge before finding her way to New Destiny upon beginning a career in New York.
