A native New Yorker committed to educational equity, Jharol has spent his career connecting students to opportunity. At New Visions for Public Schools, he partners with an affinity network of 72 public high schools across all five boroughs, ensuring students receive high-quality guidance and resources for college and career success. He designs and implements scalable work-based learning models that connect students directly with employers.
Before New Visions, Jharol built career exposure programs across several New York City nonprofits, including a role as Program Director at an organization that helps high-achieving, high-potential students from underserved communities build social capital and workplace readiness skills.
Jharol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from CUNY Queens College.
