As Director of Property Management, Massiel oversees the day-to-day aspects of New Destiny’s properties. She is responsible for ensuring compliance and resolving tenant concerns. Massiel has over 10 years of experience administering diverse portfolios and fostering strong tenant and client relationships. Her passion for property management is rooted in her detail-oriented approach, willingness to help others, deep enthusiasm for home improvement projects, and consistent strive to enhance living and working spaces alike. Beyond her professional commitments, Massiel is deeply involved in the community, volunteering for city-based initiatives that contribute to urban development and enrichment. She has previously been a part of the Garden in Transit project, March of Dimes’ March for Babies, Mud Girl Run, Room to Read, and Bigs & Littles program, to name a few. Additionally, she is a proud plant and cat mom, takes joy in collecting vintage toy cars, and channels creativity into crafting handmade candles for small businesses.
