Nicole Blash

Director of Mental Health Services

Nicole is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in behavioral health, medical social work, and community-based services for over a decade. She holds a master’s degrees in Psychology from Iona College and a master’s degrees in Social Work from Adelphi University. Nicole has provided clinical services to adults, adolescents, and families across hospital, primary care, substance use, and supportive housing settings. She has also served in leadership and supervisory roles, providing clinical oversight, staff supervision, training, and program development. Nicole is committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care and to helping individuals and families navigate complex mental health and psychosocial needs.

Outside of work, Nicole is a superfan of the show The Office and recently ran in The Office 5k in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
