Richard Conley

Senior Director of Real Estate

Richard oversees asset and property management of New Destiny’s development portfolio and new housing development. Prior to New Destiny, he was Senior Vice President Director of Agency Production at the Community Preservation Corporation (CPC). He began his career at CPC in a community office in the Bronx originating renovation and other loans for multi-family housing. Richard has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, particularly in loan origination and lending, as well as a deep knowledge of government programs and affordable housing lending programs. He has a B.A from University of Southern Maine Portland and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. Richard is co-chair of Mosaic Mental Health, an agency in the Bronx that serves families and individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. Over the past fifteen successive years he has helped Mosaic organize the “Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies” 5K event in Van Cortlandt Park, a successful fundraiser promoting community mental health.
