Nearly completed! Construction of The Jennings, our newest affordable housing project in the Bronx, is in its final stages, with tenants moving in this fall. Twenty-three of the 42 apartments in The Jennings will provide new homes for homeless families headed by domestic violence survivors who are in a NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) shelter.

On-site services for tenants and their children will be provided by our Family Support Program.
