Our housing development team was thrilled to share these photos of the first planks being laid at The Jennings. The planks are made of prefabricated planks of concrete that form the floors and ceilings. The Jennings will be an eight-story, 54,000 square foot, affordable housing project with 42 apartments – nine 1-bedroom, thirty-two 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom apartment. One unit will be reserved for a superintendent.
