New Board Members

W are proud to announce the appointment of Mark Jacobson, the founder and Managing Director of LegalSearch, Inc., and Blanca Ramirez, Vice President of Acquisition and Origination at New York-based Hudson Housing Capital, to the New Destiny board of directors.

Blanca Ramirez is Vice President of Acquisition and Origination at New York-based Hudson Housing Capital and has over 20 years of experience in the supportive/affordable housing and community development industry as a developer, Senior Manager, and Director for non-profit/for-profit development organizations at the neighborhood, regional and national levels. Her expertise includes development of supportive rental housing (LIHTC and mixed income); housing preservation and new construction; comprehensive neighborhood revitalization; public housing redevelopment; management and operations of non-profit housing and analysis of financial models; and underwriting of LIHTC projects. Prior to her current position, Ms. Ramirez was Senior Program Manager, New York Lending at the Corporation for Supportive Housing and Director of Supportive Housing at the Lower Eastside Service Center, Inc.

Mark Jacobson is the founder and Managing Director of LegalSearch, Inc., an industry-leading legal recruiting and consulting specializing in partner placements, group placements and firm mergers, and recruitment of associates and general counsels for Fortune 500 companies.
