Andrew Olivo is an Associate at Slate Property Group where he focuses on developing affordable, workforce, supportive, and transitional housing in New York City and beyond. Prior to Slate, Andrew spent time at Gilbane Development Company and New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) financing affordable housing. Andrew is passionate about finding innovative financing solutions to deliver high-quality affordable housing and empowering nonprofits to expand their reach and strengthen their operations.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys running, traveling, and rooting for his hometown Boston’s sports teams. He holds a B.A. from Brown University.
