Olivia is a social services professional based in New York City, currently working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, where she supports individuals and families through complex transitions and connects them with essential resources. She is also pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology through Louisiana State University of Alexandria, with plans to continue her education and build a career focused on helping individuals and families thrive.

Olivia joined New Destiny Housing’s Rising Leaders Council because of her passion for advocacy, community support, and creating opportunities for people to build safe and stable futures. She is especially inspired by New Destiny’s commitment to providing housing and resources for survivors of domestic violence. Through the Rising Leaders Council, Olivia looks forward to supporting New Destiny’s mission while becoming more involved in her New York City community.
