Nanda oversees New Destiny’s finance, human resources, IT, and other administrative functions. She has over 20 years of experience in financial strategy, operational leadership, and compliance for mission-driven organizations. Before joining New Destiny, Nanda served for more than 10 years as CFO at West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc.

She has held several senior finance positions within mission-driven organizations, including the role of CFO at MHANY Management Inc. and ELH Management, Budget & Contracts Manager at Center for Urban Community Services, Finance Director Consultant at Child Mind Institute, and Accounts Examiner at United Nations Development Program. Nanda holds an MBA in Financial Management and a Master of Science in Public Accounting from Pace University and successfully passed all sections of the Uniform CPA exam. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies with her daughter, Emma.
