McLean Place

McLean Place will provide 72 affordable apartments, with 43 homes reserved for survivors in NYC domestic violence shelters. The building will include offices for social services, a community room, a common kitchen, a rooftop, on-site laundry, and owner-paid broadband, A/C, and heating for all tenants. Additionally, the site will meet Passive House energy efficiency standards, including high-efficiency, all-electric appliances and building systems, and solar power.
